- The Bible Bowl team will start studying in August. This year’s material is the book of Joshua. If you want to participate, please see Susan Record.
- The elementary class is collecting school supplies during the month of July for the Inner City Church of Christ. If you would like to help, please bring items and place them in the box in the lobby.
- Please check the list on the bulletin board in the building and sign up to help clean the building and prepare communion trays. Also, please sign up to carry communion to our shut-ins. They would also enjoy your company.
Prayer Requests / Sick List
- Mary Jo McKelvey, Susan Record’s aunt, begins chemo treatments this week for lymphoma.
- Jessie McGehee has gone to Mississippi with family to aid in her care. Her health is still failing. Please remember Jessie in your prayers.
- Carolyn Rice has found that there was a rare neurological problem that was causing her sickness. She has gone to a specialist and is taking medication that seems to be helping some. Remember her in your prayers.
- Susan Record has been diagnosed with asthma. Please keep her in your prayers.
- Remember Kim & Jason Britton in your prayers. Kim is pregnant with twins, and is having some bad days with the pregnancy.
- James Keith (friend of Pam MacLean) had surgery on May 15th. He is doing much better since the surgery. Keep him in your prayers.
- Ronny Henegar (Chuck Boyett’s nephew, Michele Clements’ cousin) has been diagnosed with cancer. Please keep this family in your prayers.

- Bill McGehee passed away Saturday night, July 19th. Arrangements are still tentative, but updates will be posted here as they are made available. The visitation will be Wednesday night, July 23rd from 5PM – 8PM at Valhalla Funeral Home on Winchester Road. The funeral will be a grave side service at Maple Hill Cemetary on Thursday at 1PM.
- Mark & Paula South and family have officially placed membership with us at Winchester Road East.
- The Huntland church of Christ in Huntland Tennessee is having a Gospel Meeting July 20-24 at 7PM each night with Roy Wright Speaking.

Wednesday night, July 23rd will be the seventh week in our summer series. Ron Williams will be our guest speaker.
Wedding Shower after Sunday Evening Services
Sunday evening the 27th, we will have our regular singing service and fellowship meal. There will also be a wedding shower for John Hall and Alicia Steele. John and Alicia are registered at Wal-mart, Target and Bed Bath and Beyond.

- There will be a wedding shower for John and Alicia on July 27 after evening services. See Michele for details.
- There is a need for ladies to stay with Jessie McGehee at night while Bill is in the hospital. Please speak to one of the elders if you are able to help.
