- Mary Key (John Hall’s grandmother) is back at home, under 24 hour care. She is in stage four of congestive heart failure, and is not doing well.
- Vicky Masters is having panic attacks.
- Sara Kate Hofes (Tara Bechtel’s neice) is at home now. She was born with a collapsed lung. The doctors think that she should be OK.
- Remember the Hollingsworth family in the recent loss of Jeff Hollingsworth.

- Nancy Hollingsworth’s son Jeff Hollingsworth, passed away due to injuries suffered in a car crash Monday. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 27th from 6 – 8 at Berryhill Funeral Home. Funeral will be Thursday at 11:00. Remember Nancy and her family in your prayers.

- There is now a monthly schedule of “Men Who Serve” on the website, in the weekly bulletin, and on the bulletin board in the vestibule. Please check this list to see if you are scheduled to serve. If you are unable to serve as listed, please notify Dwight as soon as possible so a replacement can be arranged.

- Lincoln Church of Christ will be starting a Financial Peace University class on May 17th at 2:30. Ron Williams and Wayne Ellenburg will be facilitating the class. The cost of the class is $100. If you are interested, call the Lincoln congregation’s office at 536-7211.
- There is now a monthly schedule of “Men Who Serve” on the website, in the weekly bulletin, and on the bulletin board in the vestibule. Please check this list to see if you are scheduled to serve. - Weather permitting, there will be a Egg Hunt / Kite Flying on the church grounds Sunday, April 5, at 3:30PM. A final decision will be made at Sunday morning services.

- Darrell Vanderlinden (Alma’s husband, Pam MacLean’s father) had surgery Wednesday the 25th. The doctors had to remove a kidney due to the tumor, but there were no signs that there was any spreading. The other kidney is functioning well, and the doctors are hopeful that he will not have to have dialysis. He will be in Huntsville Hospital for a few days for recovery.

- Darrell Vanderlinden (Alma’s husband, Pam MacLean’s father) had surgery Wednesday the 25th. The doctors had to remove a kidney due to the tumor, but there were no signs that there was any spreading. The other kidney is functioning well, and the doctors are hopeful that he will not have to have dialysis. He will be in Huntsville Hospital for a few days for recovery.

- Darrell Vanderlinden (Alma’s husband, Pam MacLean’s father) has a kidney mass. The doctors believe that they will be able to remove the mass and leave enough of the kidney that Darrell will not have to have dialysis.

- Bill McGehee passed away Saturday night, July 19th. Arrangements are still tentative, but updates will be posted here as they are made available. The visitation will be Wednesday night, July 23rd from 5PM – 8PM at Valhalla Funeral Home on Winchester Road. The funeral will be a grave side service at Maple Hill Cemetary on Thursday at 1PM.

Announcements week of May 18, 2008
- The elementary class is collecting tooth brushes and tooth paste during the month of May for the Inner City Church of Christ. If you would like to help, please bring tooth brushes and tooth paste and place them in the box in the lobby.
- Please check the list on the bulletin board in the building and sign up to help clean the building and prepare communion trays. Also, please sign up to carry communion to our shut-ins. They would also enjoy your company.

- Sherry Killian, Megan Tyler’s cousin has been diagnosed with cancer and the prognosis is not good. Keep her and her family in your prayers.
- Clay Craig’s mother is in the hospital with a staph infection. Please keep her in your prayers.
- Bill McGehee is recovering from the concussion he suffered when he fell and hit his head. Jessie’s health contunues to suffer. Remember Bill and Jessie in your prayers.
- Carolyn Rice’s mother is out of the hospital but still having blood pressure problems. She is now at home.
- Remember Megan & Hobie Tyler in your prayers as Megan has had some sickness with her pregnancy.
