  • The elementary class is collecting school supplies during the month of July for the Inner City Church of Christ. If you would like to help, please bring items and place them in the box in the lobby.
  • Please check the list on the bulletin board in the building and sign up to help clean the building and prepare communion trays. Also, please sign up to carry communion to our shut-ins. They would also enjoy your company.

  • Kitty Gallimore’s father passed away last week. He was buried Sunday. Please remember Kitty and her family in your prayers at this time.
  • Bill McGehee is still recovering from the surgery for an intestinal blockage. He has been moved out of ICU into a room at Crestwood Hospital.
  • Fred Kilpatrick passed away last Friday. The funeral will be Monday at 11:00 at Spry Funeral Home.
  • Jessie McGehee’s health contunues to suffer. Remember Bill and Jessie in your prayers.
  • Carolyn Rice has found that there was a rare neurological problem that was causing her sickness. She has gone to a specialist and is taking medication that seems to be helping some. Remember her in your prayers.
  • Dorthy Hall (John’s grandmother) has a broken bone in her back and is having tests run to determine the best approach for repair.
  • Mary Key (John Hall’s grandmother) is having tests run on Tuesday to determine if she has cancer.

  • Bill McGehee underwent surgery last Sunday evening for an intestinal blockage. He has been moved out of ICU into a room at Crestwood Hospital.

  • Kevin Record will be having his wisdom teeth taken out Friday.
  • Congratulations to Hobie & Megan Tyler. They found out last week that their baby will be a boy.

    Ruth Masters (Larry’s mother) has been moved to the Redstone Rehabilitation Center

    Phil Harris’s mother will be having knee replacement surgery on September 4th

    Fay Golden had tests run Aug 20th related to back problems. We have no update at this time.

    Jimmy Patrick (Sandra’s husband), has returned to work and is doing well.

    Keep James Barnett (Betty Ann Broman’s dad) in your prayers.

    Alma Vanderlinden is still sick at home.

    Harry Chandler (co-worker of Dwight) has been diagnosed with lung cancer. He has finished chemo treatments & is now receiving radiation treatments.
